Parijaat Attar brings the ethereal fragrance of the night-blooming coral jasmine (Nyctanthes arbor-tristis) into an accessible, traditional attar form. Distilled in Kannauj using the age-old deg-bhapka process, this attar retains the floral delicacy of parijat while offering a lighter concentration than the ruh oil. The parijat flower holds special significance in Hindu and Buddhist traditions — it is said to be the tree of paradise, brought from the heavens by Lord Krishna.
How to Use
For Deity Worship: Apply generously to your fingertips or use a clean soft cotton swab. Gently massage the deity's full body, avoiding painted areas, before bathing. A small amount may also be applied to the deity's flower garlands. For Personal Use: Apply a few drops to your pulse points — wrists, behind ears, and neck. May also be used lightly in the hair or a small amount on clothing. As a pure anhydrous oil, it is completely free from alcohol and synthetic preservatives, and will last throughout the day.
